GET key

Get the value of key.

If the key does not exist the special value nil is returned. An error is returned if the value stored at key is not a string, because GET only handles string values

Sign is used in commands with a compliment command. The only current example is INCR/DECR. Sign is 1 for INCR and -1 for DECR

Used in transactions to enqueue a command.
